A humanitarian initiative to discover talented people with disabilities, empower them and integrate them into society, in addition to discovering community members and non-profit organizations who have ideas or initiatives that serve people with disabilities, under the name "Ammar Award for Supporting Creative People with Disabilities", where the reason for naming the award is due to one of the symbols of disability and talent He is "Dr. Ammar Buqas". The Ammar Award enjoys unlimited support from His Excellency Eng. Ahmed bin Sulaiman Al-Rajhi, Minister of Human Resources and Social Development in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and from all parties, officials and those concerned with people with disabilities in the Arab Gulf countries and the countries of the Arab world, where the award was launched in 2014 AD locally in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and won first place Princess Seetah bint Abdulaziz Award for Excellence in Social Work. In the year 2021 AD, the scope of the award expanded to all Arab Gulf countries, and in this year 2024 AD, the award will be launched in its eighth, targeting all Arab countries and reaching all countries of the world.
